3G Home Exteriors works out of Fraser, Michigan, and most of what we do is within a short drive of the shop. Find your city below to confirm coverage — or just ask, since availability can depend on distance, property type, and the size of the project.

We could build a separate page for every city we’ve ever worked in. Plenty of contractors do. But those pages tend to say the same twelve sentences with the city name swapped, and they go stale the moment coverage shifts.
So the full list lives here instead. If a city eventually earns its own page — because there’s real local detail worth writing about, like Utica below — it gets one. Otherwise it stays on this list, which is easier to keep honest.
This is the home county. Fraser is where the shop is, and Macomb County is where the shortest drives and the highest concentration of our work are — which matters more than it sounds like for exterior work, since a crew that can get back out to a job site the next morning handles a punch-list item differently than one dispatching from an hour away.
Macomb County is home ground. We are based at 31097 Fraser Dr in Fraser, which puts most of these cities inside a short drive, and short drives matter on exterior work: a roof that gets opened has to be closed before the next weather system, and a crew that is already nearby can be back the same morning.
Oakland County is a regular run west of Fraser, and the cities below are within normal working distance. Coverage here is real but the drive is longer, so scheduling on smaller repair jobs can be tighter than it is in Macomb — worth asking about when you call.
Oakland County work runs the same way as our Macomb County work, with the same crew and the same written scope. Housing stock here skews toward larger and more architecturally varied roofs and rooflines, which usually means more flashing details, more valleys and more places a quote can quietly leave something out.
These are edge-of-coverage areas. We do work out this way, but distance genuinely factors into whether a given project makes sense — a full roof or siding job travels better than a small repair call. The honest answer for any address on this list is: ask, and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s within reach.
These are the edges of our service area, reached regularly rather than occasionally. If your property sits near the boundary, call and ask before you assume the answer is no. We will tell you plainly whether we cover you, and we would rather say so on the phone than waste your week.
Utica has its own page because there was genuinely something to write about — Clinton River flood-risk context, the era of housing stock common across the city, a comparison of hidden hangers against spike-and-ferrule, and a cost estimator specific to gutter installation there. That’s the bar a city page has to clear here.
The service list doesn’t change by city. Residential Roofing, Siding & Trim, Seamless Gutters, Replacement Windows, and the rest of the full service directory are available throughout the coverage area, subject to the distance notes above.
A roof that gets opened has to be closed before the next weather system. A crew based twenty minutes away can be back the same morning; one based two counties over cannot.
We are in these municipalities often enough to know their permit offices and their inspectors, which takes days out of a schedule that would otherwise be spent guessing.
The business has not moved and has not changed hands. If something needs looking at next winter, the company that did the work is still down the road.
Whether you are in Warren or Port Huron, you deal with the same estimator and the same crew rather than a regional branch you have never met.
Some contractors quote anything within a two-hour drive and then struggle to service it. If your address stretches us too thin to do the job properly, we will say so on the phone.
Being nearby matters most after the work is finished. When a homeowner in one of these towns calls about something a season later, they reach the same family-run office in Fraser that scoped the job, not a warranty department in another state. That is the whole reason we have kept the service area to counties we can actually reach since 2011.

Great experience with Jamie and his crew for gutter replacement. Jamie gave a no nonsense quote, very straight forward. He scheduled me and got the crew out within a week. They finsihed in a few hours. I paid the final invoice. Done! Previously, I had requested four quotes from four different contractors. 3G was the cheapest and most qualified in my opinion. It's ridiculous the amount of nonsense other contractors display not knowing I'm a woman with 13 years in construction. I always play dumb, because I want to see who NOT to hire. Jamie treated me fairly and with respect from the start. He gave an appropriate price, clear terms, and provided his license and insurance without hesitation. Wonderful experience and I will be calling 3G back for my garage siding project. Very pleased with their work and professionalism.Posted on Google

3G Home Exteriors completed a tuck-pointing job on my front porch and my back walk-out steps. Quote was fair, crew was on time, professional and courteous. After they completed the job, they cleaned up the job site leaving no trace. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend them for the same work.Posted on Google

Windy weather bent the aluminum siding on the peaks of our home. 3G came out and fixed it like new. Friendly people and easy to work with.Posted on Google

In Troy, MI, I hired 3G to install gutter guards and additional downspouts. In addition to a job well done I was most impressed with their excellent customer service, responsiveness and timeliness.Posted on Google

3G was excellent to work with. They kept appointment times, did everything they promised. We love our new micro mesh gutter guards. No more water overflowing onto our porch. No more locust leaves or seeds to clean. Best of all, no more climbing on the roof. Would highly recommend.Posted on Google

Jamie was very pleasant individual to speak with and made sure to call to update me on any details. The roofing itself is amazing, the group that was here did a great job with clean up and taking off the old roof. No more leaking in my backroom!!!
In most cases, yes. Coverage can vary at the edges of the radius or for larger commercial properties. Send your ZIP code with an estimate request and we’ll confirm before scheduling anything.
Because we’d rather not publish a page that says nothing. When there’s real local detail or real project photos for a city, it gets its own page. Utica is the one that has earned it so far.
Possibly. Send the address and the project and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s within reach — a bigger project travels further than a small repair does.
Yes. Many projects involve more than one system — a roof and the gutters under it, for example — and they get scoped together in a single visit.
