I was lucky to find David Mikho of 3G Home Exteriors for the screen on my lanai. I only planned on replacing the damaged screens from Hurricane Ian, but he had several ideas that I did not even think of. After all, with most of it needing repair, now was the time to make changes if I was ever going to do it. David also replaces the screen doors and gutters, so that eliminates having to hire two other contractors for those jobs. He is a joy to work with; very knowledgeable, great communicator, reasonably priced and not a pushy salesman.
